Mold Air Sampling
Protect your family and your property with professional mold air sampling. Certain molds—such as Stachybotrys chartarum—may contribute to respiratory irritation, allergies, and other health concerns when elevated levels are present indoors.
We use calibrated air sampling equipment and accredited laboratory analysis to evaluate airborne mold spore levels and help identify potential indoor air quality concerns.
What’s Included
One (1) exterior control air sample collected outside the home to establish normal background mold levels for comparison
One (1) interior air sample collected from a primary living space or area of concern (such as a bedroom)
Laboratory analysis comparing indoor results to outdoor conditions to identify elevated or abnormal mold levels
What You Receive
A clear, easy-to-read laboratory report with detected mold genera/species and spore counts
Interpretation indicating whether results are typical, elevated, or abnormal relative to outdoor conditions
Practical recommendations for moisture control and next steps, if needed
Fast turnaround — results delivered within 3–5 business days after sample collection
Additional Sampling
Additional interior areas may be sampled for $100 per additional sample.
