Step 1: Confirming Your Appointment

After you book your inspection, we’ll send you an agreement and an initial invoice. To officially hold your spot, please sign the agreement and make the initial payment within two hours.

Before selecting a time, ensure sure all parties involved in the transaction are available. This helps prevent rescheduling and keeps your process smooth and stress-free.

Payment Options

We offer simple and convenient ways to pay:

  • Zelle or Venmo (Preferred): No added fees

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Accepted with a 4% processing fee

If you’d like to avoid extra charges, Zelle or Venmo is the best choice.

Step 2: Your On-Site Inspection

Most inspections take 3–5 hours, depending on the size and overall condition of the home. We take our time to make sure you get a thorough, high-quality inspection.

Feel free to ask questions, follow along, or simply relax—our goal is to make the process comfortable and informative. If we find issues, we stay as long as needed to document everything clearly.

What’s Checked :

Exterior, roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, and more- looking for defects, safety concerns, and anything that may impact the home’s condition.

Step 3: Your Report & Follow-Up

Clear, Easy-to-Read Digital Report. You’ll receive a detailed report thats organized, visual, and easy to understand.

Final Invoice

If you choose any additional services during the inspection, your total may be adjusted. The final invoice must be paid before the report is released.
